The home will be designed by BSB Design and built by Envy Homes with Tavistock Development Company as the developer.
This unique design is both readily attainable and easily reproducible for industry professionals looking to extract concepts and implement on their own projects. The master suite is right on trend, providing a private sanctuary with a separate entrance and spa-like features for the homeowner. The connected, flexible indoor-outdoor living design is at the core of this exhibition experience since the pool courtyard is located within the property.

Size: Three-story property with 4,646 sq. ft. of living space
Features: Three bedrooms, four and one-half baths, an extra-large two-car garage, exercise area, indoor-outdoor living features, pool courtyard, a wood fireplace, rooftop terrace, numerous ultra-energy-efficiency elements, net-zero features, and a luxurious outdoor kitchen.
Energy/Sustainability: The home will be designed and built to achieve National Green Building Standard “Emerald” certification, ENERGY STAR Certification, Indoor airPLUS Certification, DOE’s Zero Energy Ready Home Program Certification and net-zero status.
The New American Home 2022 is expected to be completed in late-October 2021. The home will be showcased during the NAHB International Builders’ Show, February 8-10.
